🚩 Shipping Locations:
- We currently deliver across India.
- Local deliveries are available within Pune city.
⏰ Processing Time:
- All products are custom stitched as per your order.
- Processing and stitching time: 3 to 5 working days.
- Once the order is ready, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
🚚 Delivery Time:
- Pune Local Delivery:
- Delivery within 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.
- Option for store pickup is available.
- Rest of India:
- Delivery within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the location and courier service.
💰 Shipping Charges:
- Pune Local: Free or nominal charges (₹0-₹50) depending on distance.
- Rest of India: Flat rate of ₹100 per order or free shipping on orders above ₹2000. (You can change this as per your preference.)
🚩 Delays:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural disasters, but we will help track your shipment and assist where possible.
📦 Order Tracking:
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track your package.
❌ Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
