Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zalak Creation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- No cancellation is accepted after stitching work has started.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
- For defective products or wrong delivery, customers must inform within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
