By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products:
All products are custom stitched as per the customer’s specifications. Slight variations in fabric or color may occur.
Orders:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Payments:
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, UPI, or Cash on Delivery.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Local delivery within Pune within 3-5 working days.
- Pan India shipping takes 5-7 working days.
Returns & Refunds:
- Since all items are custom stitched, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect or mistake from our side.
- Refunds are issued only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
